This department is responsible for recording and organizing all of the organization’s financial activities while ensuring that all transactions are correct.

Audit

This department is responsible for evaluating internal compliance with company operational procedures.

Communications

This department is responsible for engaging with both customers and employees through a variety of medium - from newsletters to a selection of social platforms.

Credit & Collection

This department is responsible for improving cash flow and monitoring and negotiating the collection of overdue accounts.

Cylinder Control

This department is tasked in acquiring, distributing, monitoring, and safeguarding the company’s cylinder assets (LPG and Air Products cylinders).

Distribution

This department is responsible for receiving and scheduling delivery orders from customers.

Engineering

This department is responsible for installing LPG pipelines and Fire Suppression systems. In addition, they are deployed to plant repair and maintenance work for the Island Gas group of companies.

Finance

This department is responsible for managing company funds and ensures the company keeps its commitments to financial institutions.

Human Resource

This department is responsible for managing the employee life cycle from recruiting, hiring, training, disciplining, and firing of employees. It also administers payroll and other employee benefits.

IT

This department is responsible for installing and maintaining computer network systems. It is also responsible for resolving computer network and hardware problems within the organization.

Maintenance and Fleet

This department is responsible for transporting LPG Bulk Supply to the Island Gas group of companies. It also manages and controls vehicle repairs/maintenance and gas consumption.

Materials Management

This department performs the company’s overall procurement and central warehouse function. It ensures that purchases are timely, cost-effective, high quality, and regulatory-compliant.

Sales

This department is responsible for building business relationships with customers, marketing all products, and plays a major role in the expansion program via growing the franchise, distributorship, and investment programs.
